How long will it take to receive my bike?
Most bikes ship within 3–5 business days in the U.S. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Can I pick up my bike locally?
Yes! You can pick up at our Ontario, CA warehouse. Contact our support team to schedule a pickup — it's quick and easy.
How far can I ride on a single charge?
Range varies by model — check each product page for specs. Actual distance depends on assist level, terrain, and rider weight.
How fast does the bike go?

Do I need to assemble the bike?
Most of the bike arrives pre-assembled. A few simple steps and our video guide gets you riding in minutes.
Do I need a license to ride?
No license required for our standard e-bikes. Only the GT63 and GT73 electric motorcycles require a license.
Are the batteries safe and certified?
Select models feature UL-certified batteries. Please check the individual product page for certification details.
